*FOR ALL ICON FITNESS PRODUCTS, there are certain requirements that must be agreed to by the end user before a diagnostic service visit can be scheduled.  Icon Fitness is the largest manufacturer of economy and value priced products.  Serviceability and parts availability are geared toward the end user, moreso than a service provider.  We want to offer the best service we can and have laid out the following policies for all Icon Fitness product service.

Fitness Central’s Service Policy for all Icon Fitness products/owners:

  • Diagnostic fee must be pre-paid, prior to visit ($125 + tax). A check can be mailed in advance or we will call you the day prior to the scheduled appointment to collect payment with a credit card.
  • We must have the model and serial numbers. (Model number will start with PFTL, SFTL, 831., NTL, NTR, etc.). The serial number will be located below the model number. The model number is also going to be located on the front of your owner’s manual if you have this available.
  • Customer is responsible for ordering any parts needed for a return repair visit.  Our service technician will tell the end user what parts they need, however, Fitness Central is not responsible for ordering, costs or returns of any incorrect parts sent by Icon Fitness.

Our service guarantee promise to you:  In the event that the machine cannot be repaired, parts are not available or the customer chooses not to repair, the $125 diagnostic fee may be applied towards the purchase of a new piece of equipment, over $1000, within 30 days.
