Group Rides

Cycling is a great fitness and social activity that can be enjoyed more safely with a group. In this spirit, Fitness Central offers a variety of organized rides posted on throughout the cycling season—which typically runs from April through October.

You will find road, gravel, mountain, and trail rides that are designed for most skill levels—and new riders are always welcome. Participants are encouraged to choose a ride that is within their current ability level (in terms of pace, distance, and elevation). 

All riders must wear a helmet, and are encouraged to have daytime running lights for safety, water & snacks, spare inner tube, and a friendly attitude.

Be sure to check the ride listings at least 1 hour before the posted starting time if the weather is questionable. Rain cancels all rides.
